I lost my mouse/keyboard dongle (receiver). Is there anything I can do?

The dongle, KB, and mouse require a code pairing process. One receiver is mapped with one KB, so if the dongle (receiver) is lost, unfortunately, it is not replaceable.

Can I use an optical/laser mouse on a surface which is made of glass, mirror or reflective material?

We recommend you do not use an optical/laser mouse on a surface which is made of glass, mirror, or reflective material. The mouse sensor data read performance will be impacted.

Sometimes when I turn on the mouse, underneath, the LED lights are on, but mouse does not work, why?

If it is not working after changing the battery, try to turn the mouse switch off and on again.

Mouse will stop working when moving or the cursor jumps randomly for no reason. Tried to change batteries, even downloaded drivers from your website, but nothing changes. What can I do?

Please try to change a new battery first (if needed). Sometimes the wireless mouse cursor jump randomly, it's possible the AP router (AP router and receiver use the same frequency) or a battery low problem will cause the receiver frequency to be affected.

Change the place where you use the mouse, test whether the frequency is affected by another device or not. If yes, move the AP router farther away from receiver, and also move the mouse closer to receiver. But if it is not a wireless mouse, the mouse is broken.

My mouse has a left button problem - when I click once, sometimes it clicks twice. Tried to put in a new battery, change the USB port on my laptop, but the issue is still the same.

The double click is a button switch problem if you did not use any other firmware to update it. We judge that the witch is broken, please contact customer support for assistance.

I got a USB Device Not Recognized in Windows error message in OS, when I plug the device into laptop/PC. How do I solve this? Can you send me the driver?

Check if your device is a plug-n-play device or not. If yes, there is no need to install a driver.

Some devices have additional buttons and you need to install the driver, but for those models, you do not need to install the driver if you do not want to use the additional buttons. The cursor, Left/Middle/Right buttons should work fine. Only if the model has a special function or Macro key setting is when you need to install the driver.

  1. Update your USB Device Driver on Device Manager.
  2. Restart your PC and unplug the USB cable again.
  3. Connect the USB cable to PC directly, to exclude the problem of output voltage of Hub. If you plug in too many USB cables into the same USB slot, it will cause a low supply voltage to the USB cable.

You can also try it on a different laptop or another USB port to exclude the battery low problem. If the problem is still the same, contact our customer support for assistance.

I recently purchased a keyboard/mouse combo and was unable to find one with a PS2 connection. I have the USB version, but would like to connect it to my PC to the PS2 port if possible. Can I use the USB - PS2 converter?

Because of patent issue, our keyboard and mouse do not include the PS2 converter to USB inside.

Even if you have a converter, the keyboard/mouse will not function with your latop.

The mouse cursor sometimes lags or stops for a few seconds, if I move it away from my WiFi it becomes normal. How do I solve this problem?

Try to change the battery first. The mouse is 2.4GHz frequency which is the same as the WiFi router, and the the mouse has the frequency hopping function.

If you use too many of the same series/model of mice in the same area, it may also cause this problem. But if your mouse is a wire mouse, the mouse is broken.

I cannot find the driver that supports my device, I am hoping you can develop a driver which can work with the latest versions of Windows and other systems.

If you cannot find the driver on our website that is higher than your OS, that means there is no driver compatible with your O.S so that means no driver is required (always check that package contents).

The supported OS is always shown on the package. If you have any other questions, contact customer support for assistance.

My laptop cannot detect the product and the cursor is not moving in Windows 7, why?

The laptop will search for the receiver/USB device in Windows 7 /Windows 7 Pro the first time, which causes the cursor not to move for awhile. If it does not work after waiting for three minutes, pull the receiver/USB device out and then plug it again.

The mouse is not detected. It shows The Device Should Be Inserted Before The Execution after opening the UI.

Check if your laptop recognizes the mouse or not in the Device Manager.

Can you move the cursor and the left/right buttons are normal? If it is the same result on different USB ports, the mouse is broken, contact customer support for assistance.
