We do not sell the audio cable separately, you can purchase it at any electronic store.
I bought a Genius SP-900BT speaker but I cannot start it, why?
1.Charge the battery for about 3 hours, till LED turns off.
2.If the LED does not light, it may be a charging cable problem, use a different cable.
3.Press and hold the on/off button for 5 seconds, if LED still does not turn on, the battery is damaged. Contact customer support for assistance.
