You can remove the pairing record from the computer/smartphone to disconnect the headset.
How do I know whether my laptop is compatible with BT4.0 devices?
- Check Device Manager
- Click Bluetooth
- If the content shows Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator, this means your laptop supports bluetooth Smart product.
When I pair my SP-906BT Bluetooth device, it asks me to input the password, what is it?
Enter 0000 as your password.
How long does it take to charge SP-906BT?
SP-906BT charging time usually takes about two and a half hours.
How come I cannot pair my SP-906BT with my second electronic device?
If you have paired the speaker with one device already, and your first device is too close to your second device, you will fail to pair the speaker. Just turn off the Bluetooth function in your first device while you pair the second device.
How long can I use the SP-906BT when fully charged?
SP-906BT working time is about 5 hours, depending on user conditions.
