Since some companies and individuals are using the brand name, logo and design of and they distribute or sell some non-original products illegally under this name, such as NetScroll Eye, Mini Traveler, Q16, KB-21e, etc., please note that KYE is not liable for such fake products.

In order to protect the right of customers and reputation of KYE, we would appreciate that if anyone has seen these fake products or knows where to purchase it – to report it to IP and Legal Dept. of KYE and/or to KYE nearest authorized Distributor. KYE will provide reward for your justice and enthusiastic assistance.

Therefore, purchased or distributed products under the trademark “GENIUS” detected as fake and infringed products; KYE will reserve the right of lodging civil and/or criminal complaint against the traders of these products and the offenders are to compensate the loss and damages imposed on KYE.
